However unfortunately, many patients don't have any adequate knowledge about the stress management and more unfortunately they don't realize the importance of managing stress.

If not properly managed, stress can reduce the capacity to perform and function well, either at school or in the workplace and can affect how people deal with their environment and others in their lives. Moreover, it will lead to serious health issues like diabetes, hypertension and heart disease and can also aggravate the existing problems.

Stress management helps people think clearly and focus on the goals while providing them with the energy to do other things they want to do. Proper stress management can offer numerous health benefits and helps people live a happier life. Hence, I educate my patients on stress management and advocate Music Therapy for this issue as music has always been a great healer, significant mood-changer and reliever of stress.
